Requests for fire reports can be requested from Fire Administration, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours by calling 937-898-2261. One copy of a fire report will be provided to a customer at no charge.If you intend to pick up a copy of a fire incident report, please call ahead so that it can be prepared. Immediate access to fire reports may not be able to be granted at time of request; it is the goal of the Division of Fire to act upon fire requests as soon as possible provided an investigation has been completed and recorded. Mail requests should be expected to take seven to ten days. |
