EMS BILLING In February of 2003, city council approved legislation that allowed the Division of Fire to bill customers for emergency medical services. The division charges the Medicare suggested rates, plus mileage, to our customer's health insurance carrier. The Division of Fire contracts with MED 3000 to carry out our billing.
